Mythic Ideas is my small, one-person business, so production and shipping might take longer than a larger business with several employees. Please order with extra time ahead of when you need the item.

Shipping Policy:

Production time and preparing your order:
Please allow an estimated 2-7 business days to produce your items, and prepare your order. An email will be sent to confirm your order.

Shipping your order:
Domestic orders shipping time is 5-7 business days, not including production time.

International orders (currently closed) shipping time is 10-21 business days, not including production time. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mythic Ideas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and these charges are your responsibility as the customer.

Packaging:
Depending on the item and the shipping destination, orders are produced, packaged and shipped at different locations. If you order multiple items, they might be delivered in separate packages, and arrive on different days.

Busy periods, holiday orders and orders you want by a certain date:
I recommend ordering very early for your holiday gifts. The increased volume of packages being delivered may increase the time the package arrives to you.

Lost packages:
Confirm the address you used for shipping is correct, and contact the post office or appropriate carrier and request a search for the package.

Stolen packages
Confirm the address you used for shipping is correct. If the carrier says the package was delivered and you have not received it, contact the post office or appropriate carrier. Ask to verify it was delivered to the right address. A police report can be made for packages stolen from your delivery address.
