Thank you for visiting my online shop Mythic Ideas! You are supporting an artist simply by visiting the website and/or purchasing an item. If you do purchase something, these details are important for you to know before you order.
Mythic Ideas is my small, one-person business, so production and shipping might take longer than a larger business with several employees. Please order with extra time ahead of when you need the item.

Shipping Policy:
Question: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@mythicideas.com.
Fulfillment / Production time and preparing your order:
Please allow an estimated 3-4 business days (within USA) to produce your items, and prepare your order. An email will be sent to confirm your order.
Shipping your order:
Domestic orders (USA): shipping time is 5-7 business days, not including production time.
Your order will be shipped from an on-demand order fulfillment company with worldwide facilities.
International orders (currently closed) shipping time is 10-21 business days, not including production time. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mythic Ideas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and these charges are your responsibility as the customer.
Question: How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Packaging:
Depending on the item and the shipping destination, orders are produced, packaged and shipped at different locations. If you order multiple items, they might be delivered in separate packages, and arrive on different days.
Busy periods, holiday orders and orders you want by a certain date:
I recommend ordering very early for your holiday gifts. The increased volume of packages being delivered may increase the time the package arrives to you.
Lost packages:
Confirm the address you used for shipping is correct, and contact the post office or appropriate carrier and request a search for the package.
Question: My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@mythicideas.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Stolen packages:
Confirm the address you used for shipping is correct. If the carrier says the package was delivered and you have not received it, contact the post office or appropriate carrier. Ask to verify it was delivered to the right address. A police report can be made for packages stolen from your delivery address.
International delivery (Currently closed):
Packages shipped internationally will take a minimum of one month to arrive at the destination. International shipments may incur customs fees or taxes paid by the customer.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
